1. Sign In

2. Request a Password
Click "Request password" at the bottom of the page.
(The "Reset your password" screen will appear.)
3. Register the Email Address for Password Setup
① Enter your email address and ② click the submit button.
(The "Check your email" screen will appear.)
4. Activate Your Account
① Open the notification email with the subject "Activate account for ANA国際線 機内販売カスタマーページ/ANA International In-Flight Shopping Customer page"
② Click "Activate account" in the body of the email.
(The password setup screen will open.)
5. Set Your Password
① Enter your chosen password and ② click "Create password".
(The customer page top screen will be displayed with you signed in.)
6. Check the Information from "Inquiry History"
Click "Inquiry History" at the top right of the page.
(A list of inquiries will be displayed; please select the relevant subject to check the details.)
