These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of this support site (hereinafter the “Site”) provided by All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ANA”). This Site is an external website provided via a link from the ANA official website (https://www.ana.co.jp). All users of this Site (hereinafter “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon use of this Site.
- Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all matters concerning the use of this Site and the relationship between ANA and Users arising in connection therewith. This Site is provided for the purpose of receiving inquiries regarding ANA international in-flight sales and does not establish, amend, or terminate any contract of sale for products.
- Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
- When using this Site, Users must not perform any of the following acts:
- An act of actually or potentially infringing upon any right of ANA or its affiliates.
- An act of actually or potentially infringing upon any property or proprietary rights of ANA or its affiliates.
- In addition to the acts listed in “1” and “2” above, an act of actually or potentially causing damage to ANA or its affiliates.
- An act of illegally using any ID or web password on this Site.
- An act of illegally using any third-party ID or web password, or transferring one’s ID or web password to a third party or allowing its use by a third party.
- An act of using or providing any computer virus or other harmful program through or in connection with this Site.
- An act of interfering with the operation of this Site in an unreasonable manner and thereby causing disadvantage or damage to ANA.
- An act of infringing upon any intellectual property right such as copyright, or any other right, of ANA or a third party.
- An act of slandering, defaming, or damaging the honor or credibility of ANA or a third party.
- An act of interfering with another User’s use of this Site.
- An act of actually or potentially infringing upon any property or proprietary rights, privacy, portrait right, or publicity right of ANA or a third party.
- An act of running or participating in a political campaign or other similar activity during and outside the political campaign period.
- An act of actually or potentially violating public order and morals.
- An act of actually or potentially violating applicable laws.
- A criminal act, an act that leads to a criminal act, or an act that could potentially lead to a criminal act.
- An act of obtaining information from this Site manually or through use of a computer program and editing or duplicating such information for commercial purposes without ANA’s permission.
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by ANA.
- Article 3 (Suspension of Provision)

ANA may suspend or interrupt all or part of the provision of this Site without prior notice to Users if ANA determines that any of the following circumstances exist:
- Maintenance, inspection, or update of computer systems related to this Site.
- Circumstances where provision of this Site becomes difficult due to earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, natural disasters, act of God or other force majeure.
- Other reasons for which ANA determines that provision of this Site is difficult.
- Article 4 (Discontinuation of This Site)
- ANA may discontinue provision of this Site at any time when it reasonably determines that such discontinuation is necessary. ANA shall not be liable for any disadvantage or loss in such cases.
- Article 5 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
- All copyrighted works, images, logos, and other information posted on this Site are the property of ANA or the respective rights holders. Without permission from the rights holder, Users may not reproduce, use, sell, or otherwise exploit such information beyond the scope permitted by law.

- ANA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on this Site.
- Users shall use this Site at their own responsibility.
- ANA shall not be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with use of or inability to use this Site, except where such loss is attributable to ANA’s intentional act or gross negligence.
- ANA shall not be liable for any loss arising in connection with use of this Site, including losses caused by software or hardware accidents, communication failures, or transactions, communications, or disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.
- Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
- Personal information obtained through use of this Site shall be handled in accordance with ANA’s “Privacy Policy”.
- Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)
- ANA may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this Site after amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute arising in connection with this Site between ANA and Users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
- Article 10 (Deletion of User Information)
- From the perspective of the proper operation of this Site and the protection of personal information, ANA may, at its discretion, delete registration information regarding any User for whom no new inquiry has been confirmed for three years or more from the date of receipt of the last inquiry. However, this shall not apply to information required to be preserved under applicable laws.
