A reservation confirmation e-mail will be delivered two to three days after the order is completed. The reservation status can be checked in the e-mail (or on the pre-order screen).
If you cannot find the e-mail in question, it may have been sorted into your spam or promotions folder, or the e-mail may have been organized into a thread.
